If you would like to search for a complaint that has been filed in your area, you can search by US Zip code or US counties. We recently added Canada to our database as well, where you can search by Canadian Provinces.

So you know...we are redesigning this feature for you so it will be more user-friendly. The changes will be here very soon. Also when you file complaints against a customer we will be notifying them with a letter that they have a complaint filed against them and a chance to file their rebuttal. When and if they do file a rebuttal, you (the business) will be notified. So these changes will be in effect very soon.
