Make sure you have the letter that was originally sent to you. You will need to enter the customer code that was included in the letter to be able to pull the complaint filed against you.
Filing a rebuttal is easy. You also only get one time to file your side, so make sure you fill it out with everything you need or want to. Once submitted, the business will be notified that you submitted your rebuttal. Also, when that complaint is pulled up your rebuttal will be below so others can see it.
