BusinessBeware.biz is where people can help others who have been dealing with some "hard to please customers." In the same way that the Better Business Bureau helps customers complain about a business, Business Beware allows licensed Businesses and Contractors to share about bad customer experiences. You may have a customer that you cannot collect money from, or a customer that is very hard to please, etc. Business Beware is your outlet to get the word out about bad customer experiences and warn fellow businesses. This is not your typical forum/site where you learn how to deal with a customer, this is where you do something about the problem customers. Business Beware wants to "Put Trust back into the relationship between Businesses and Customers."

For so long customers have had so many outlets available for them to use to rate businesses.  All of them are great sites for consumers, but what about the business and their side?  With Business Beware, we want to give your business a voice where you have the chance to tell your side of the story too.  Not all customers are bad, there are just some that literally take advantage of businesses any way they can.

Collect Money from Non-Paying Customers

Try using our site before using a collection agency! Seriously when customers won't respond to your overdue invoice notice, let us know and we can send them our collection letter. Customers have been sending the check within the week! OR even mention it to the customer that there is a site you can put problem/non-paying customers on and see what their reaction is... Customers are the bread and butter to a business and if you're like most great businesses, you take pride in treating your customers right. Who can use Business Beware?

This site is for ANY business that has dealt with their share of bad customers. So if you are a florist, designer, caterer, salesperson, etc. you are able to give feedback about certain customers as well! If you have a business to business complaint, you may file one of those too. Business Beware is available for the US and Canada.
