In the same way that Better Business Bureau helps customers complain about business, Business Beware allows Licensed Businesses and Contractors to share about bad customer experiences. You can search the database, but you will only be able to see the customer listed and address. To view the complaint you will need to register and purchase a membership. The membership allows you to use the complaint form as many times as you like and see every complaint that has been filed.
