How Business Beware Works...
If you have a customer or customers, you would like to complain about on our site, you need to purchase a membership that is just a one time fee of $5.00. You then become a member of the Business Beware community. With your membership you can look up anyone in the database and see the complaint that was filed. You also are able to file as many complaints as you want.
To register, just go to our register link on the homepage and follow the link to purchase the membership. Once you fill out the information you will click the link that will take you to the registration page to create your username and password. Your username does not have to be your name or business name, and will never be shown. Make sure to write down your email and password for your records, if you forget it, we can email it to you. Once you create your login information, you will be redirected to the login page where you will need to provide your username and password that you created. If the login is successful, you will be sent to the welcome page.
After you sign in, you can go to search by zipcode, county or file a complaint. When you want to file a complaint, you have to fill out the form of the required information. Make sure to read the disclaimer before filing any complaints. You need to provide your name or business name and/or email for our records, this information is kept private and will not be shown on the complaints.
