If you are a customer who thinks this website is not fair then you might want to read our FAQ's before you go out on a rampage about our site. If you are being complained about maybe you should rethink your strategy when you work with a business... Just sayin.

Since you're here though, we can go ahead and give you a quick look at the new features that will be here:

 

The next time you come to this page you will have received a letter from us stating that there has been a complaint filed against you and you will come here to put in the special code we sent you. That code will pull up the complaint and a place for you to file your rebuttal that will be placed right under the complaint. Make sense? So it will basically be in the same format as the Better Business Bureau and it will be more user friendly for you to file your rebuttal and for our members.
