Customer Rebutle
If you found a complaint that was filed about you on Business Beware and you would like to file a rebutle, you have the ability to post on our customer forum. When you go to the forum, select the state you are in and when you create a new topic, either (A:) put in your street address or (B:) place your last name as the topic. This is for the business to be able to write back to you and you can work out your differences. You will also have to register a username and password. The registration is free, your username can be your name, address, etc.
You will notice that you are not able to see the actual complaint that was filed against you. If you wish to see it, you may purchase a membership that is $5.00.
