Here’s an idea, what if you could collect all the money that the customer owes you and not pay a percentage? 

What do you do when you have a non-paying customer?  You send out late notices.  What do you do when customers don’t respond to the late notice?  You send another late notice or you forget about it and time goes by while you wished you did something about it.  Or you have to resort to using a collections agency. 

Collection agencies can collect up to 20-50% of the money they help you collect from a customer.  Now I don’t know about you but that is a large chunk of money that should be coming right back to your business rather than in the pockets of an agency.  You resort to them because it seems it’s the only way the customer will respond and pay you. If you have a customer that you need to collect moeny from we can send them a letter stating what the balance is they owe, invoice # and that you want to collect from them and work out the situation but if they choose not to then they will be placed on our site Business Beware so others can be “warned” about them. When you do collect your money from the customer you don't owe us a penny. Yes you did read that right, not a penny.

Why would a customer respond to the letter?

Well think of it this way, would you want to be placed on a website for others to know that you have a long running list of people you don't pay? Maybe you would who knows but most don't so they contact the business and say "hey, here'e your money I owe you from a few months ago..."

How do I sign up to use the "beware letter?"

Here's how the process goes:

1. Sign up and register for a membership
2. Log in and select "send first free beware letter"
3. Fill out all information about where the letter is to be sent, invoice # etc.
4. Once submitted we will contact you and let you know that we received the info.
5. Letter sent to customer

Yes, it's that easy. Once the letter is sent out we let you know if the customer contacts us and if they contact you then you just let us know.

How many letters can I send?

The first letter is free. If you want to send out more than one we have different options available for you. It basically covers our cost to print and mail the letters.
