Sometimes when you're dealing with a customer there can be miscommunication or maybe you didn't stress what the job entailed or exactly how much it was going to be. You know when you're a customer and you search around for the right person to do work at your house? Think about that when you pre-qualify your customers. Do they fit your business? Do they seem like they will take up too much of your time? Do you have a bad feeling about it from the start? Do they know what they are looking for? If you want to use our beware letter to collect money and expect us to stay on them until they pay you, this site is not for you. We are an avenue for you to share your side of the story, work out a situation, warn fellow business owners about a problem customer and find a little bit of humor in everyday business life. So just understand that we DO NOT harass customers for you nor do we beat down their door to collect your money.
