This is a forum/database where people can help out others who have been dealing with some "hard to please customers." In the same way that Better Business Bureau helps customers complain about business, Business Beware allows Licensed Businesses and Contractors to share about bad customer experiences. You may have a customer that you cannot collect money from, or a customer that is very hard to please, etc. Business Beware is your outlet to get the word out about bad customers experiences. Business Beware is not just for contractors, it's for ANY business that has dealt with their share of bad customers. So if you are a florist, designer, caterer, salesperson, etc. you are able to give feedback about certain customers as well! You can also give feedback about a business to business complaint if you have one of those too.
